TM2X is a leading full service event management company. In 2010 we successfully organised over 300 corporate events and seminars.

A survey of 400 corporate executives conducted by the Kellogg School of Management showed that there is a direct relationship between a company’s investment in business travel and its ability
in maintaining existing customers, convert prospects and build
firm relationships. Top executives estimate roughly 40 percent of their prospective customers are converted to new business
by means of face-to-face meetings compared to only 16 percent without. In fact, more than 75 percent of customers require, or prefer, face-to-face meetings. Corporate executives from around the world confirm that 28 percent of their business would be lost without these personal meetings.
While virtual meetings are becoming more a commonplace and can save time and money in certain instances, the personal interaction of a face-to-face meeting is more effective when participants need to build solid business relations.
